Our story

Mosaic Relay Labs was formed by a group of data engineers and systems architects who noticed the same pattern over and over: expensive data projects that solved the wrong problems, built solutions no one could maintain, or delivered insights that arrived too late to matter.

We got tired of it. So we built a practice around a different approach: thoughtful implementation, plain-language collaboration, and systems teams can actually maintain.
